Common Questions
What if I need more totes than a package includes?
No problem. You can add extra totes to any package at $3.50 per tote per day. Just mention it when booking.
What happens if I need the totes longer?
Extensions are available at $8/day for packages up to 20 totes, and $15/day for larger packages. Contact us before your pickup date to extend.
How does the deposit work?
Your deposit is collected at booking to hold your dates. It's applied toward your total — so you only pay the remaining balance on delivery day.
What if a tote gets damaged?
Normal wear is on us. Cracked or broken totes due to misuse are charged at $12 per tote. We'll let you know at pickup if anything needs to be noted.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes — Saturday and Sunday delivery is available. Weekend slots fill up fast, so book at least 3 days in advance for weekend delivery.
